School
The village of Elmwood Place is in the St. Bernard-Elmwood Place City School District. The school district
operates in three buildings Elmwood Place Elementary, St. Bernard Elementary, and St. Bernard-Elmwood Place High School.

Walkability and Pedestrian Circulation
Elmwood Pace’s small street grid developed last century is today’s new urbanism dream. It is a walkable community where over 90% of the children walk to school . Furthermore, Elmwood Place ranks 1st in percent of persons who walk to work (7.21%) in Hamilton County. The entire village has paved sidewalks and are handicap accessible.

Public Transportation
Queen City Metro buses service Elmwood Place with its route 78, specifically the Springdale-Vine branch. This route travels through Elmwood along Vine St. Route 78 begins at Tri-County Mall in the northern area of the county and ends downtown.
